Pets: Pets are not allowed at Villa Aaru to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.
Events and Parties: Events or parties require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation up to 60 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Between 30 and 60 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking between 30 and 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival: If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
No-Show: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Early Departure: If you choose to leave before your scheduled departure date, no refunds will be given for the remaining nights.
